On August 22, 2018, SID engaged in CSR through ritual animal sacrifice on the Indonesian national holiday of Idul Adha. Idul Adha is one of the most important days in the Moslem world. Idul Adha commemorates the sacrifice by the prophet Ibrahim, who was willing to sacrifice his own son for Allah. Afterwards, the sacrifice replaced him with goats. During the feast, Moslems gather in the morning and say the Idul Adha prayers together in the field or in the Mosque. After praying, sacrificial animals are slaughtered.
SID also gave one sacrificial animal (a goat) to the nearest Mosque from the office as a form of contribution to the surrounding community. After the slaughter of the animals, the event continued with a lunch together with traditional Indonesian food satai and also Indonesian curry. The menu was very delicious, and everyone this event.
